What we keep when you join the PROLYNT waitlist, why, and how to have it removed. Short, because we keep little.

PROLYNT is run by PROLYNT LLC, which is responsible for your data. "We" on this page means PROLYNT LLC.

What we keep

• Your email address, to confirm it is yours and to write to you about your place.
• Your two answers, if you give them: your market and how you trade. They help us decide who goes in which group.
• Where you came from: the page you joined on and which of its two designs you saw, the campaign words in the link you followed (such as utm_source), and the invitation code or personal link you used, if any.
• Dates: when you joined, confirmed and were invited, and whether you unsubscribed.

Your network address is used for a few minutes in memory to stop the same sender from flooding the form. It is not stored with your entry.

The page uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. We are trying two designs of this page: your browser keeps the name of the design it showed you, on your device only, so you see the same one next time. We count how often each design is shown, nothing more.

What we do with it

• Send you the emails of the waitlist: the confirmation, the note that you are on the waitlist with your personal link, and the invitation when your group is in.
• Let people in, one group at a time.
• Show the number of people on the waitlist on the page. Only the total is shown, never who.

We do not sell your data, rent it or share it for advertising.

Who helps us

These services handle the data for us, only to run the waitlist:

• Resend sends the emails.
• Supabase stores the waitlist.
• Railway runs our servers.
• Vercel serves this website.
• Clerk makes your sign-up invitation and runs your account once you create one.

The data is stored in the United States.

How long we keep it

While the waitlist runs and, once you join PROLYNT, as long as you have an account. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

• Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click and we stop writing to you.
• Write to us to get a copy of your entry, to correct it, or to delete it. We answer within 30 days.

This notice covers the waitlist and this page. If it changes, the date at the top changes with it.
